Elizabeth Jane Hurley, an English model and actress, who gained notoriety during the 1990s as Hugh Grant's lover was an ex- English model. Hurley has been a part of Grant in his role, which was then the centre of media interest worldwide because of the huge box office success in Four Weddings and a Funeral in Los Angeles. Her dress from Versace featured a plunging neckline and silver safety pins. Hurley's partnership to Estee Lauder, a cosmetics maker, has been seen as a defining moment in her career. Hurley got her first modeling gig at the Estee-Lauder company when she was just 29 years old. The company has employed Hurley as a brand model specifically for perfumes including Sensuous Intuitions and Pleasures. In the popular spy comedies International Man of Mystery (1997) as well as Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me (1998), she played Vanessa Kensington. Hurley is now a model and the designer of an eponymous Beachwear Line.
